something worth posting about...

complimented today by my fellow blockmate:

i said you have good stuff, and i think your performance as block head has proved that. you're able to walk the fine line between maintaining discipline and knowing what rubbish to allow. like, you take your responsibility seriously, but no one will call you authoritarian or anything like that.
